Great weather, great attendance, great event, great result!

Dementia Friendly Purbeck held the annual ‘Time for a Cuppa” on behalf of Dementia UK at the Wareham Town Hall on Saturday, March 2nd.
The event was very well attended, with dozens of people coming to sit and have a drink with a piece of cake and stroll around the many displays showing much of what support is available to people living with dementia, their families and carers.
Live music by woodwind trio ‘Zephyrae’ added atmosphere and so many cakes had been donated that a few had to be auctioned-off at the end of the event.
The morning raised a total of £416.44 for Dementia UK and Dementia Friendly Purbeck chair Lorrain Puckett thanks everyone who helped organise the event and attended on the morning.
